2014 椰汁年糕-心心
椰汁年糕-心心
食譜取自:
Connie Sweet Home
(一斤裝)
材料:
糯米粉200g
澄麵25g
粘米粉15g
木薯粉25g
黑片糖200g
水140g
椰汁140g
做法:
1.將黑片糖及水放入鍋
內
,煮至糖溶,加入椰汁,拌勻.
2.將全部粉類拌勻,倒入片糖水,攪拌成粉漿至無粉粒,如有粉粒可用隔篩過濾,及將粉粒壓過篩孔.
3.倒入已掃油蒸盤,放入燒滾水的鑊
內
,用大火蒸熟,約45分鐘,插入竹籤測試,沒有粉漿黏著即成.
