廣式月餅 2013
廣式月餅
今年試咗好多唔同的餅皮,有失敗,有瀉腳/腰,有的太濕,整個月餅形也化了!!失望!!絕望!!始終上年做的餅皮最啱我心水! 明年都是專一點吧!
這餅皮和我往年做的差不多,但是餅皮是比較乾了一點點, 回油慢了一點點. 但花紋印得超漂亮;上色也是我要的效果.
