香菇雞湯
香菇雞湯
材料
:
雞
半隻
香茹
6
朵
紅棗 10粒
薑 2片
做法:
1.
雞川燙過,去除血水撈出.
2.
另一鍋放入5杯開水,再放入雞及泡軟的香茹和紅棗,薑片,放入電鍋蒸20分鐘.即成.
