椰奶吐司


食譜取自: Carol烘焙新手必備第二本書 (P.280)


材料:
高筋麵粉270g
低筋麵粉30g
速發乾酵母 3g
細砂糖30g
鹽1/8t
蛋一顆(50g)
椰漿 150ml

一般直接法麵糰做法~
