鮮奶燉蛋


材料: 
2隻 雞蛋 
25g 糖 (糖的份量可隨個人喜好增減 
250ml 鮮奶 

做法: 
1.先把雞蛋發好. 把冰凍的鮮奶放入微波爐稍微加熱至和暖. 
2. 把糖加入奶拌至完全溶解然後加入雞蛋拌勻後過篩一次倒入器皿中, 
3.Miele 100 度蒸15分鐘. 即成! (視乎容器的大小)
